The Committee of NOLA Navy week host and Operation Sail, Inc. confirmed the first tall ships, arriving at New Orleans – 17 April 23, 2012. USCG Barque Eagle will join the historic Guayas Ecuador and Colombia to the glory of New Orleans to Woldenberg Park.

The US Navy and OpSail will commemorate the bicentennial of the war.
